Sr. Systems Engineer/Project Engineering Manager

Alyssa just recently joined Elbit Systems of America after previously working at Lockheed Martin. Her areas of expertise are Systems Requirements and Verification for Electro-Optical and Infra-Red systems, as well as integration and testing. She’s also highly skilled in a number of project management skills such as risk and opportunity management and proposal development. Alyssa earned her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, and her Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, mentoring, playing volleyball, and cooking.

Kaitlin has been with Elbit Systems of America for just over one year. Her areas of expertise are in team leadership, supplier management, contract negotiation, and project management. Kaitlin earned her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire Durham. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and traveling.

Ashley Laricchia

Technology Roadmap Leader & Systems Engineer II

Ashley has been with Elbit Systems of America for seven and a half years now. Her areas of expertise are in research and development, intelligent systems integration, and root cause analysis. Ashley earned her Bachelors in Cognitive Science, focusing on neuroscience and artificial neural networks. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, true crime media, and reading about neuroscience and psychology.
