Subject: Fundraising and Team Spotlight of the Week!

Two things of note:

 

1) Below are some links with information about how to raise funds for TARC supplies and other related expenses.  Please look over the Fundraising Solicitation packet and a sample Team Press Release.  Your team can use these documents to help publicize the fact that you are competing in this event. We encourage you to follow the instructions so that your community will be aware of your achievements!

2) We want to hear your team’s story!  Send us a blurb (500 words or less) about your team and you may be featured on our website as the TARC Spotlight Team of the Week!  Below are some questions to get you started, but don’t let these limit your responses.  Feel free to elaborate and add your own personal stories!  Collaboration is required -- only one entry per team!  Send responses to rocketcontest@aia-aerospace.org with “TARC Team Spotlight” in the subject line.

o      In what ways has participating in the contest affected the dynamic among your teammates?   Have you participated with these teammates before or are you a new group of students?  What different roles do students fill on your team?
